HR Manager

As the Human Resources Manager at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to implement the talent and human resources strategy effectively. You will oversee the hiring process to ensure the selection of qualified candidates and collaborate with division managers to identify the necessary qualifications for open positions. It will be your duty to review existing policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will play a crucial role in recommending changes to internal standards of conduct, including team restructuring and morale-boosting initiatives. Providing clarity and alignment for employees to ensure their responsibilities align with the overall corporate strategy will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for championing a high-quality onboarding process and establishing orientation and training programs to support recruitment efforts and prepare employees for their roles. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are also crucial. Prioritization, delegation, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are qualities that you must demonstrate. A thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems are required. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in human resource management is preferred. A Professional in Human Resources certification is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
