We believe in delivering projects beyond expectations, in quality, design, and customer trust. 👩‍💼 Position: HR cum Business ManagerKey Responsibilities:🧩 Human Resource Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Manage attendance, performance tracking, and payroll coordination. Organize training sessions, incentives, and team motivation programs. Maintain employee records and company HR policies. 💼 Business Management: Supervise day-to-day operations and coordinate with sales & marketing teams. Track performance, set business goals, and ensure monthly target achievements. Create reports, maintain communication between management & staff. Support marketing activities, events, and client interactions. 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business / Management. 2–5 years of experience in HR, business operations, or sales coordination (Real Estate preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills. Confident personality with problem-solving ability.
