Key Responsibilities: ✅ Campaign Management Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads Optimize ad budgets for maximum ROI and CPL ✅ Lead Generation Develop performance-based landing pages and forms Collaborate with sales team to ensure lead quality ✅ Social Media Marketing Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts, reels, and stories Maintain brand tone and consistency across platforms ✅ Content Marketing & SEO Write/curate content for blogs, emails, and property listings Monitor SEO performance and improve keyword rankings ✅ Analytics & Reporting Track daily performance metrics using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights Requirements: 🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 🔹 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in real estate) 🔹 Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 🔹 Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, ChatGPT, etc. 🔹 Strong communication and copywriting skills
