Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Associate with proven experience in running successful digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, etc.). Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Create and post engaging content for social media platforms and websites. Collaborate with design teams for basic graphics and creatives. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) for content creation. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Experience as a Social Media Manager is a plus. Preferred: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Be willing to transition into a sales-oriented role if business needs require.
