Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand visibility across online platforms. The role demands creativity, analytical ability, and a strong understanding of digital tools and real estate buyer behavior.


  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads and improve ROI.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and ranking.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with the design and sales teams for campaign creatives and project promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Manage the company’s website updates and landing pages for ongoing projects.
  • Track and report key metrics such as leads, conversions, CPL (Cost per Lead), and engagement.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new tools/technologies.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate or property marketing).
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.


Performance Metrics:

  • Number of qualified leads generated per campaign.
  • CPL (Cost per Lead) and lead-to-site-visit conversion ratio.
  • Social media engagement and website traffic growth.
  • Campaign ROI and conversion performance.
