Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through direct client engagement, team leadership, strategy development, and managing the entire sales process for residential/commercial plots and properties. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of real estate sales executives. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Plan and execute property sales strategies to drive business growth. Generate leads through various channels – digital, referrals, events. Handle client inquiries and guide them through site visits and bookings. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up. Maintain MIS reports and submit sales performance updates to management. Train and mentor junior sales staff for improved performance. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead flow.
