Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team within a real estate company or brokerage. This role focuses exclusively on real estate transactions including residential, commercial, and investment properties — ensuring sales targets are met, agents are performing effectively, and clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Develop and implement effective real estate sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor listing and sales performance, conversion ratios, and key market trends.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Assist agents in closing complex deals and resolving transaction-related challenges.

2. Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and potential property developments.
  • Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and clients.
  • Oversee marketing strategies for listings — including digital campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.

3. Recruitment & Training

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new real estate agents.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance standards.

4. Client Relations

  • Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Address client concerns and assist in complex negotiations when necessary.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to real estate laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid Real Estate License or Broker License (required).
  • Minimum

    3–5 years of real estate sales experience

  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, property laws, and transaction processes.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, meet sales targets, and grow market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and real estate marketing tools (e.g., MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
