Senior Sales Executive

Prosperra Infra Estate is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in banking, sales, or real estate. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain a database of potential clients. Actively reach out to prospective customers through calls, and in-person meetings. Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate real estate projects to clients effectively. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns. Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads. Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions. Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience in sales , or real estate . Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive and result-driven approach to sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus. Team handling Salary : ₹20,000 to ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
