About the Project:Vanam – E5 World is a 20-acre eco-luxury resort-living community near Hyderabad that blends nature, wellness, and investment potential. We are redefining real estate with a “Resort + Villa + Organic Living” concept. Role Overview:We are looking for a Sales Closer who can engage and convert hot leads into sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, persuasive on calls, and passionate about helping clients understand the value of investing in Vanam. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and follow-up calls from hot/warm leads (generated through ads & CRM). Explain project details clearly — location, amenities, pricing, ROI benefits, etc. Build rapport and trust with leads through consultative selling. Schedule and confirm site visits or virtual presentations. Maintain consistent follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and CRM until deal closure. Coordinate with management and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rate. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead-to-sale conversion metrics. Requirements:Minimum 2–4 years experience in real estate sales or high-ticket product closing. Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi (Telugu preferred). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar). Proven record of converting leads into confirmed bookings. Preferred Background:Experience in selling real estate projects, resorts, farm plots, villas, or investment properties. Prior experience in handling NRI or premium clients is a plus. Compensation:Fixed salary + Attractive incentives per closure. Growth-based bonus structure.
