Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities, client segments, and channels for business growth.
  • Ensure sales conversion ratios and profitability targets are consistently achieved.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales executives and telecalling teams to deliver optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and product knowledge sessions to enhance team efficiency.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Oversee client interactions, from initial inquiry to post-sales support, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle key negotiations and maintain customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and feedback.

4. Market Intelligence & Business Insights

  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and buyer behavior.
  • Provide strategic inputs to management for pricing, marketing, and product positioning.
  • Analyze sales data, conversion patterns, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Marketing team for lead generation campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure proper coordination between field sales and telecalling teams for efficient lead management.
  • Prepare and present detailed MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management.
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and reporting tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of proven experience in

    real estate sales

    (residential/commercial), with at least 2 years in a

    managerial or team-leading role

    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local property market, buyer preferences, and sales cycles.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive teams towards achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and digital sales tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a customer-first approach.
