inbound inquiries
received through online campaigns, listings, and walk-ins.
Understand customer preferences, budget, and requirements to recommend suitable project options.
Schedule and confirm
site visits
for interested customers and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
Ensure regular
follow-ups
to nurture leads and achieve conversion targets.

2. Communication & Relationship Management

Build positive rapport and trust with potential and existing clients.
Clearly communicate project details, pricing, offers, and location benefits.
Address client queries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain proper data records
of leads, call logs, and follow-up status.
Prepare and share
daily and weekly reports
on call performance, lead status, and conversions.
Ensure accuracy and completeness in data entry and reporting.

4. Coordination

Work closely with the on-site sales team to confirm appointments and hand over qualified leads.
Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding
lead quality
and campaign performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
14 years in telesales or telecalling (preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance).
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Strong convincing ability and confident telephone presence.
Proficient in MS Excel
and comfortable handling lead data and reports.
Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated with a focus on results.
