Job Description: Sales Manager Real Estate The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end sales function for residential and commercial real estate projects driving revenue, managing teams, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on sales expertise, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain high-performing sales and telecalling teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and closure. Identify new business opportunities, client segments, and channels for business growth. Ensure sales conversion ratios and profitability targets are consistently achieved. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales executives and telecalling teams to deliver optimal performance. Conduct regular sales reviews, goal setting, and performance evaluations. Provide ongoing training, guidance, and product knowledge sessions to enhance team efficiency. Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Oversee client interactions, from initial inquiry to post-sales support, ensuring a seamless experience. Handle key negotiations and maintain customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and feedback. 4. Market Intelligence & Business Insights Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and buyer behavior. Provide strategic inputs to management for pricing, marketing, and product positioning. Analyze sales data, conversion patterns, and customer insights to refine sales approaches. 5. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with the Marketing team for lead generation campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Ensure proper coordination between field sales and telecalling teams for efficient lead management. Prepare and present detailed MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management. Maintain data integrity across CRM and reporting tools. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial), with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role . Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the local property market, buyer preferences, and sales cycles. Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive teams towards achieving ambitious sales goals. Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and digital sales tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a customer-first approach.
