Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HRMS & Office Program Management:

  • Manage and operate HRMS tools such as Keka and Zoho People for employee records, attendance, leave, and performance management.
  • Plan and implement internal office engagement programs, training sessions, and wellness activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting through the HRMS dashboard.

Payroll Management:

  • Manage monthly payroll through Keka/Zoho, ensuring accurate calculations and timely disbursements.
  • Oversee statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for salary revisions, bonuses, and reimbursements.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle – job postings, interviews, selection, and offer roll-out.
  • Organize and manage structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth induction.
  • Maintain employee records and issue necessary HR documentation (offer, appointment letters, etc.).

Grievance & Suggestion Handling:

· Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

· Establish and manage a suggestion/feedback mechanism for employees.

· Maintain confidentiality and build trust across all levels.

Employee Retention & Engagement:

  • Design and implement retention strategies, including employee feedback systems, engagement activities, and performance recognition programs.
  • Conduct one-on-one check-ins and surveys to assess employee satisfaction.
  • Address grievances and manage internal communications effectively.

Exit Formalities:

  • Handle the full exit process – resignation acceptance, clearance, final settlements, and exit interviews.
  • Analyze exit data and attrition trends to support HR planning and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in core HR functions, preferably in financial or broking industry.
  • Hands-on experience in Keka and Zoho People HRMS platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Advance-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
