Relationship Manager – General Insurance (Non-Sales) - Non target JOB. - Female candidate only. Role is focused on client servicing, policy management, and claims support, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a service-oriented position with no sales targets . We are specifically looking for a female candidate who excels in communication, relationship management, and customer support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests. Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction. Provide personalized solutions and support to policyholders. 2. Policy Servicing & Renewals Assist clients with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and modifications. Ensure timely follow-ups for policy renewals, with no sales pressure. Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing. 3. Claims Assistance Guide clients through the claims process, including documentation and settlements. Liaise with internal claims teams and external assessors for faster resolutions. Ensure a smooth and transparent claims experience for clients. 4. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims. Assist in audits and regulatory reporting as required. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of general insurance policies, claims processes, and regulations. Ability to multitask and handle client requests efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office.
