Bond Sales Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients. Understand clients’ investment strategies and match them with suitable bond offerings. Product Knowledge & Advisory: Have deep knowledge of bond markets (government, corporate, municipal, etc.). Provide clients with insights on market trends, yields, and bond structures. Advise on credit quality, duration, and interest rate risk. Sales Execution: Pitch new bond issues (IPOs in debt markets). Execute buy/sell orders for bonds. Collaborate with the trading desk to get the best pricing for clients. Market Intelligence: Monitor interest rates, economic data, and global market trends. Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting fixed income markets. Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate order execution and maintain proper compliance records. Prepare sales reports and client activity summaries. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
