HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently manage the company’s HR, Operations, and Administrative functions. The role requires strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while aligning with company policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Manage office administration activities including facility management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
• Oversee operations support, ensuring timely execution of organizational processes.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances in a professional manner.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and reports for management review.
• Manage budgeting and cost optimization for HR & Admin activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience as HR Manager / HR & Admin role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
