HR Manager

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for handling various HR operations to ensure a smooth functioning of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing HR operations such as onboarding, induction, exit formalities, attendance, and leave management. - Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with institutional needs. - Managing employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a healthy workplace culture. - Supporting recruitment and selection processes for academic and non-academic staff. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and institutional policies. - Acting as a point of contact between management and employees, ensuring effective communication and engagement. - Supporting training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Key requirements for this role include: - MBA / Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in the educational sector (schools, colleges, universities, or training institutes). - Excellent knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. - Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
