Job Description

We’re Hiring: HR Manager | Calicut, Kerala

hands-on and experienced HR Manager (5+ years)

Location:

About the Role

end-to-end HR lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: manpower planning, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts
Oversee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
Handle HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, HRMS, and statutory compliance
Drive employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and grievance management
Design and execute Rewards & Recognition programs
Identify training needs and manage Learning & Development initiatives
Manage exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze attrition trends
Ensure consistency in HR practices and alignment with company values

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
5+ years of HR Generalist experience
, preferably in
IT, SaaS, or startup environments
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
