About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency, with strong strategic, analytical, and creative capabilities.

This is a leadership role that requires deep knowledge of SEO, SMM, Google & Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC, and content marketing, along with proven experience in client coordination and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Plan and manage social media marketing (SMM) across all major platforms
• Lead search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Manage PPC and retargeting campaigns to drive quality leads
• Oversee content calendar planning and content marketing strategies
• Coordinate with clients to understand objectives and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Monitor analytics and generate detailed performance reports
• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Must have worked in a digital marketing agency or advertising company
• Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong knowledge in SEO, SMM, PPC, and content strategy
• Excellent communication, team management, and client coordination skills
• Completed a certified digital marketing course is mandatory
