Role Description We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing for a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. The Head of Digital Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing DY365's end-to-end digital advertising and marketing strategy for all our digital assets (Website, App, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and X). They lead the entire digital marketing department and report directly to senior management with full accountability for all B2B digital revenue streams. This role combines excellent digital expertise and local advertising market awareness. They are responsible for leading a team, overseeing and driving digital advertisement strategies, developing and executing innovative digital campaigns/sponsorships, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to achieve the channel's targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or higher preferred) in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. 8-10 years of minimum experience. Lead a team/project/campaign (preferred) Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy across all platforms (web, mobile apps, YouTube, social media) Manage direct-to-advertiser ad sales pipeline (B2B relationships with local, regional, and national brands). Identify prospective advertisers and conduct client meetings to present DY365's digital ad packages and tailored advertising solutions. Create programmatic advertising packages, display ads, sponsored content, and branded partnerships. Oversee ad distribution and ensure quality control for advertiser satisfaction. Monitor pricing models, media kits, and the digital rate card to ensure they align with market conditions and audience value. Audience segmentation and first-party data strategy. Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets with accountability for growth and margin. Analyse the competitive landscape, market trends, and advertiser expectations to showcase DY365's value as an advertising partner. Monitor all ongoing digital advertising campaigns and rollouts.
