Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Digital Marketing located in Kolkata. The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Responsibilities include planning and managing social media campaigns, overseeing digital advertising efforts, facilitating lead generation strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The role will also involve supervising the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Marketing, with a strong ability to develop and implement Digital Strategies.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and experience in creating effective campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to drive Lead Generation and manage customer acquisition funnels.
• Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools and the ability to analyze data to improve digital marketing performance.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in the retail or technology sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
