Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our overall digital marketing initiatives for our ERP and CRM product lines, focused on the education sector. This leadership role involves planning and executing data-driven marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and analytics, combined with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Location: Preferably Bangalore / Mumbai / Kerala
  • Experience: Min 5 yrs in Digital Marketing, preferably with exposure to ERP / CRM / SaaS products

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and manage multi-regional campaigns for ERP, CRM, and SaaS products, focusing on the education sector.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and contentmarketing.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analyze and track campaign performance using Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
  • Supervise the creation and quality of digital content across all platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns through paid ads, automation, and remarketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and enhance website performance with a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints.
  • Monitor competitors, market activities, and emerging channels to identify growth opportunities.

Requirement
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within ERP, CRM, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SendGrid email campaigns, and multi-channel lead generation.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website optimization coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle multi-regional B2B marketing operations independently.
