HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources strategy for our India Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, ensure operational excellence in HR processes, foster a high-performance culture, and drive initiatives that align with global strategies while meeting local needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives and the goals of the India CoE, serving as a trusted advisor to the India CoE Leader and ATOSS Senior Leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. You will also work on aligning global HR policies with local practices, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, design and implement training programs, ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage the employee lifecycle, and support recruitment activities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a CoE or global organization. You should have a proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning, as well as strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices. Experience with HR analytics, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
