HR Manager

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the selection process to ensure the recruitment of suitable candidates.
  

Employee Relations And Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
• Organize and oversee employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
  

Training And Development

• Identify training needs across the organization and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
• Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and performance improvement.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and track employee development progress.
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Manage the organization's compensation and benefits structure, ensuring it remains competitive and aligns with industry standards.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to assess the competitiveness of the organization's compensation package.
  

HR Policies And Compliance

• Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and address any issues related to compliance, ethics, and workplace conduct.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management with at least 10 years of experience, preferably within the sports industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
