The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and work closely with departmental heads to support organizational goals and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations Skills in Performance Management and Training & Development Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Experience in the engineering or construction industry is an advantage
