Role Description

This is a full-time office role for an HR Manager located in Navsari. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and work closely with departmental heads to support organizational goals and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations
• Skills in Performance Management and Training & Development
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is an advantage
