Trial Follow-up Maintain regular follow-up on trial progress for outstation trials. Report weekly and monthly trial status to Farm Director and PD Section Chief. Trial Evaluation and Reporting Coordinate trial evaluations with Farm Director/PD Section Chief. Assess market acceptance of new varieties. Prepare and submit monthly and final trial reports and along with pictures to Farm Director and PD Section Chief. Assist with Cultivation Manuals Gather information for various farmer cultivation practices to standardize cultivation manuals for different crops. Assist Farm Director in developing cultivation manuals for various crops/varieties. Data Maintenance Maintain variety data, trial reports history, and multimedia data. Budgeting and Financial Management Develop annual budgets for outstation trials. Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Manage traveling expenses as well as petty cash.
