Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Business Partner – IT Sector

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, culture, and organizational growth. You’ll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations — helping drive a positive and productive workplace in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, portals, referrals, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, team events, and wellness programs.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee pulse surveys.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.

3. Performance Management

  • Support managers in implementing appraisal systems (OKRs, KPIs).
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Assist in succession planning and career development initiatives.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HR data, records, and reports in HRMS.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

5. Strategic HR Projects

  • Support digital transformation in HR (automation, analytics).
  • Contribute to employer branding and CSR initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in the IT/Tech industry).
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
