Job Description: Part-Time Field Sales Agent – Karnataka Company: Techno Music India Pvt Ltd Location: Bengaluru-based (with regional travel in Karnataka) Position Type: Full Time Compensation: ₹35,000–₹40,000/month + Incentives Target: 12.5 Lac to 15 Lac PM Role Summary We are seeking a motivated, music-savvy Field Sales executive to drive dealer acquisition and in-store branding for Techno Guitars across Karnataka. Ideal for part-timers, musicians, or sales freelancers. Responsibilities Visit and onboard retail music dealers across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangalore, and other key cities Present Techno Guitar product range and pricing Distribute dealer kits, flyers, catalogs, and sample instruments Collect orders and pass to central team for fulfillment Build relationships with store owners and music academy heads Capture store branding photos and share via WhatsApp/email Provide weekly visit reports and lead updates Requirements Based in Bengaluru (preferred) or nearby Experience in retail, music sales, or FMCG dealer onboarding Knowledge of guitars and Western musical instruments is a plus Own two-wheeler, smartphone and Laptop Fluent in Kannada + Hindi/English Benefits Flexible hours – ideal for musicians or students Sales incentives on every converted dealer or large order Opportunity to grow into a full-time regional role.
