About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while learning the fundamentals of organizational culture and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support on-boarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Help organize employee engagement events and internal communication initiatives.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
• Contribute to payroll processing and attendance tracking (if applicable).
• Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, or recruitment practices.
• Creative mindset for employee engagement ideas.
