HR Intern

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a fast-paced pharmaceutical research environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects.
• Support HR team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
• Assist in policy development and compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources-(BBA,MBA)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Software knowledge on Tally will be an added advantage.
