Job Description – Production Line Man (Bags Production)

Position: Production Line Man
Department: Manufacturing / Production
Location: Noida, Sector :- 63
Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Factory Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Production Line Man to support our bags manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production line operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage machines used in bag production (stitching, cutting, printing, etc.).
• Assist in assembling, stitching, and finishing of bags as per production plan.
• Ensure material availability and coordinate with store or inventory department.
• Check product quality at every stage of production and report defects immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the production floor.
• Follow production schedule and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Support the supervisor in maintaining daily production records.
• Handle minor maintenance or adjustment of machines when required.
• Ensure adherence to company’s quality and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Knowledge of bag stitching and finishing process.
• Ability to work on industrial sewing or cutting machines.
• Basic understanding of quality parameters in manufacturing.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with punctuality and discipline.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass / ITI or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in bag manufacturing or similar production line.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
