Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive all people-related initiatives across the organization. The HR Head will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals, enhance employee engagement, and shape a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.

  • Performance Management:

Implement effective performance appraisal systems and career development programs.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

Build a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.

  • Learning & Development:

Design and deliver training programs for leadership development, skill enhancement, and succession planning.

  • Compensation & Benefits:

Develop and manage competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and rewards policies.

  • Policy & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

  • HR Analytics & Reporting:

Use data to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and support decision-making with actionable insights.

  • Culture & Change Management:

Champion company culture and lead change management efforts during organizational transitions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and HR transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
