Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Head to lead our human resources team in the healthcare/pharma industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in managing HR functions, preferably in the healthcare or pharma sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Oversee benefits administration, compensation management, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in HR management, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
