Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment for MICE, Ticketing, Sales, Operations & Corporate Travel roles.
  • Manage HR operations: onboarding, payroll inputs, HRMS, attendance & documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture building, and grievance handling.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Manage HR budgets and manpower planning across locations.
  • Support leadership with organizational development and succession planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 1020 years of HR experience with strong leadership background.
  • Experience in travel/tourism/hospitality/service industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, people management & strategic planning skills.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, HR analytics, and HR systems.
  • Ability to manage multi-location teams.
