Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead recruitment for MICE, Ticketing, Sales, Operations & Corporate Travel roles. Manage HR operations: onboarding, payroll inputs, HRMS, attendance & documentation. Drive employee engagement, culture building, and grievance handling. Oversee performance management, appraisals, and training initiatives. Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.). Manage HR budgets and manpower planning across locations. Support leadership with organizational development and succession planning. Required Skills & Qualifications MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 1020 years of HR experience with strong leadership background. Experience in travel/tourism/hospitality/service industry preferred. Strong communication, people management & strategic planning skills. Knowledge of labour laws, HR analytics, and HR systems. Ability to manage multi-location teams. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
