Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Understand manpower requirements and create job postings.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, schedule technical rounds.
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and complete joining formalities.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and maintain employee records.

B. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, shift schedules, overtime.
  • Coordinate with accounts/finance to process monthly payroll.
  • Maintain employee database, HRMIS, and personal files.
  • Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and experience letters.

C. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work culture.

D. Policies & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies as per company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Manage statutory records and coordinate with government departments if required.

E. Training & Performance Management

  • Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions.
  • Coordinate yearly/quarterly performance appraisal process.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs/KRAs.

F. Administration (if applicable)

  • Handle office administration, vendor management, housekeeping, security.
  • Maintain documentation for audits (ISO, internal audits, customer audits).

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or MBA in HR / Human Resource Management.
  • 1–7 years of experience in HR (depending on job level).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee-related issues professionally.
  • Proactive, organized, and strong in documentation.

4. Additional Preferences (optional)

  • Experience in manufacturing / EV / automotive / trading / logistics (tell me which one).
  • Knowledge of payroll software (ZingHR, Keka, GreytHR, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multi-location HR operations.

5. Salary
