Job Description

A Pioneers and Leaders in Field Sales, Services and Marketing in B2C and leaders in FMCG domain. Is seeking an HR Professional on Group Level

Location: Chennai (Full time)

Key Deliverable

Client Management and recruitment - Front-line, Grey collar, White-collar employees (internal and for client, IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels across FMCG, IT, and retail sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using innovative tools and platforms.
  • Manage campus and senior recruitment's, ensuring a quality candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain talent acquisition metrics and optimize recruitment channels.

HR Business Partnering:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their HR needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate workforce planning and ensure staffing needs are met proactively.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve retention strategies.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Identify high-potential employees and implement career development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Support performance management processes and succession planning.

Other HR Initiatives:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations and grievance management.
  • Drive HR projects related to culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HRBP, talent management, and talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in recruitment within FMCG, retail, IT.
  • Strong understanding of the talent landscape in FMCG, IT, and other domains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

  • MBA in HR
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus.
