The Role As an HR Generalist, your role will span hiring, onboarding, payroll, exits, employee engagement, team bonding, event planning, Learning & Development, HR Operations, employee relations, HR Framework, performance management and on some days, just listening. This gives you a unique 360° view of the organization, but it also demands boundaries and resilience. You’ll be at the heart of it all - building systems, shaping culture and ensuring that our People practices continue to grow with the company. You’ll have more details to the role, as we progress from the Application stage to the Initial screening stage. Eager to learn and understand our business, the current market and competitor landscape. Devoted to work towards a thriving culture and be the loudest cheerleader for your people’s success, yes we mean it ! Able to tackle challenges head on with problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision making abilities - all with a strong sense of integrity. Knows how to juggle responsibilities well - planning and staying organized within a fast-moving team is the key. Has been part of diverse teams, and believes in the importance of shared success and collaborative wins. An excellent communicator who adds the right tone to every conversation, and strives to build positive relationships at work. Comes with a good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and other statutory compliances along with best practices relevant to Kerala and India. Must have hands-on experience with any HRMS, ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, foundit, etc. Experience in managing a team is always an added advantage.
