Job Description

The HRBP Specialist will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business goals. The role involves driving employee engagement, managing employee relations, supporting talent initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

o Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.

o Partner with managers to address performance, engagement, and retention issues.

Employee Engagement & Relations

o Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.

o Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on disciplinary issues.

o Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to gather insights.

Performance & Talent Management

o Support annual performance management and appraisal processes.

o Identify training and development needs in collaboration with L&D.

o Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring.

HR Operations & Compliance

o Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Wages, Gratuity, PF, ESI, etc.).

o Support audits, maintain accurate employee records, and drive HR MIS reporting.
