As an HR Operations Support at AML RightSource, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager as a strong business partner and administrative expert. Your main responsibilities will include: - Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping using the company's HRIS and other relevant systems. - Maintaining high confidentiality of personal data and ensuring compliance with data protection laws. - Tracking performance management for employees in a timely and accurate manner. - Managing routine employee relations tasks such as leave management, performance enhancement, and corrective actions. - Coordinating employee benefits and improvisation plans effectively. - Facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new employees to enhance their experience. - Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture. - Resolving employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively. - Tracking and reporting HR metrics through data analytics. - Engaging with the organization's change initiatives. - Maintaining seamless communication and coordination for any HR assistance required in line with company processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in HR or other people orientation programs. - 7 to 10 years of prior experience in HR with a similar role. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of HR Systems. - Fluency in written and spoken English and other languages.
