HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and dependable HR Generalist with 1+ years of experience to manage and support the company’s end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, and be comfortable working closely with management to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage exit processes, including resignations, clearances, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
• Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR-related data and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Sound knowledge of HR processes, policies, and Indian labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience working in a creative, media, or studio environment
• Familiarity with HRMS or payroll systems
• Experience hiring for creative or technical roles
