Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and experienced 3D Generalist with 6+ years of professional experience who can handle multiple aspects of the 3D production pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can contribute across modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-quality 3D assets, environments, and characters
• Contribute across the production pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesive visual output
• Optimize assets and scenes for efficiency without compromising visual quality
• Identify and solve technical and creative challenges during production
• Maintain consistency across styles and visual direction
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior artists and support their growth

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of industry experience as a 3D Generalist
• Strong understanding of the entire 3D pipeline
• Solid grasp of modeling, UV mapping, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering principles
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet production deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on animated series, films, or game assets
• Familiarity with pipeline tools and best practices for 3D production
• Ability to quickly adapt to new styles, techniques, and project needs
• Strong visual storytelling and artistic sense

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• 3D Generalist: 4 years (Preferred)
