We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical expertise and proven ability to handle end-to-end project lifecycles within the plywood, MDF, laminates, particle board, or adhesives industry . The ideal candidate should have a solid background in manufacturing processes, plant setup, machinery installation, and project execution , along with excellent leadership and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project execution : feasibility studies, budgeting, vendor selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. Oversee greenfield and brownfield factory setups , capacity expansion, and modernization projects in plywood or allied manufacturing. Utilize project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and ERP systems for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. Drive strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and statutory compliance requirements. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and documentation for senior management. Experience & Qualifications: 8 - 15 years of experience in project execution within the plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, or wood-based panels industry. Must have played a key role in greenfield/brownfield plant setup or modernization projects. Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering ; post-graduate in Project Management preferred.
