Key Responsibilities:

Drive primary and secondary sales
to achieve monthly and annual growth targets.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Industry experience in plywood, laminates, adhesives, or MDF
is mandatory.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle distributors, retailers, and team members.
Willingness to travel extensively
for market visits and business expansion.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Team player with leadership qualities (for supervisory roles).
