Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including MDF objects, XMLs, integrations, and system maintenance. This role will work closely with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective, scalable, and sustainable HR technology solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) based on business needs including MDF objects, XML configurations, and data imports/exports. Perform regular system maintenance, data uploads, and configuration adjustments as needed. Collaborate with HR business partners to gather and analyze requirements, identify process gaps, and deliver best-practice solutions aligned with business goals. Support the full testing lifecycle, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT, ensuring quality and stability of the system. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Employee Central. Develop and maintain functional documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and end-user training materials. Manage integrations between Employee Central and other SAP modules or third-party applications. Monitor and support key EC functionalities such as Role-Based Permissions (RBP), business rules, workflows, and event derivations. Keep abreast of SuccessFactors quarterly releases and proactively recommend enhancements and system optimizations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support. Hands-on expertise in MDF objects, data import/export, XML configurations, and EC system maintenance. Strong understanding of HR processes and experience working closely with HR teams. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (Boomi, CPI, API-based, or custom). Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), business rules, workflows, and EC-specific events. Solid experience supporting testing efforts across various project phases. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide timely resolutions. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification. Experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle EC implementations. Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Time Off, Timesheet). Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. Prior client-facing or consulting experience is a plus.

Capture the requirement around IC and Sales Cloud. Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of Sales & IC. Administer and manage the company's incentive compensation programs, ensuring all calculations and payments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, to establish and maintain effective incentive compensation processes and policies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's incentive plans, including metrics, targets, and payout structures. Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely data collection, validation, and integration into the compensation system. Perform regular audits and analysis of incentive compensation data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies. Good understanding of MDF & Co-op functionality Provide support and guidance to sales representatives and managers regarding incentive compensation plans, calculations, and payouts. Generate reports and provide analysis on incentive compensation performance, including tracking individual and team performance against targets. Able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements. What You Bring: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Sales & Incentive Compensation module. 8+ years in Oracle Service Cloud consulting in implementation across multiple clients and solution offerings Strong knowledge MDF & Co-op functionality Should have good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) similar cloud-based Integration platforms and Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow). Should be Oracle Service Cloud Trained / Certified with understanding of Oracle Service Cloud architecture. Experience in Interface Development and CRM Integrations including usability, accessibility testing and validation. Strong experience with Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning. Maintain high standards of code quality and unit test coverage. Good language and communication skills desired. Have experience of building at least two projects from scratch.
