Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Adityaram Group, playing a crucial role in driving the company's human resources strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
