Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Adityaram Group, playing a crucial role in driving the company's human resources strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
