Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations across outlets and the corporate office. This role ensures smooth execution of HR policies and practices, assists in employee lifecycle management, and provides guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive engagement initiatives and activities across outlets.
  • Support in implementing recognition programs and staff welfare measures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

HR Operations, Attendance & Payroll

  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS updates.
  • Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and shift schedules in coordination with outlet managers.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing by consolidating attendance data, validating inputs, and coordinating with the finance/payroll team.
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.) in partnership with external consultants.

Performance Management

  • Support in the implementation of appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
  • Track probation confirmations and performance reviews.

Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and On-Site Conduct Guidelines.
  • Assist in handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Escalate issues when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role (experience in hospitality/QSR/retail preferred).
  • Familiarity with labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/payroll tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
