Job Description: We are looking for talented HR professional who has a command over English, who has a very positive attitude, ability to understand people and interacts with customers and team members effectively. Hindi communication skills will be a great advantage. Job Type: Full-time | Location: Chennai (Rajasekaran St, near RK Salai - Mylapore) Industry: Interior Decor Products Key Responsibilities As a HR professional, you will be expected to; Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: - Attracting top talent through strategic recruitment efforts, ensuring timely hiring and building a strong workforce. - Sourcing and selecting the best candidates to drive business growth and success. - Managing recruitment processes to meet business needs and foster a positive employer brand. - Employee Management: - Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances - Foster a positive work environment and company culture - Oversee performance reviews, feedback, and development initiatives - Policy Management: - Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards - Communicate policies to employees and management - Induction Procedure Management: - Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs for new hires - Ensure smooth onboarding process and provide necessary support - Exit Procedure Management: - Manage exit interviews, feedback, and offboarding process - Ensure compliance with exit procedures and minimize knowledge loss Training and Development: - Empowering employees through comprehensive training programs, enhancing skills and performance. - Developing and implementing training initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement. - Fostering a culture of learning and development to support employee growth and success. HR Data Management: -Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, generating insightful reports and analytics. - Analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisions, drive business growth and optimize HR processes. - Ensuring data-driven HR practices, supporting business objectives and employee needs.
