Job Description

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements applicable to the site (Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, EPF, ESIC, etc.).

Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal norms.

Maintain updated documentation and certificates related to HR, labor compliance, and contractor management.

Track and report any non-compliance or risks with proposed corrective actions.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Strong documentation and audit management skills.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and risk awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office and compliance tracking tools.

1–4 years (for Officer/Executive) or 8–12 years (for Manager) of HR operations or compliance experience, preferably in construction / project or plant environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field.
  • Additional certification in labor laws or compliance preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
